An event is only as strong as the team behind it. ExpoTale helped coordinate everything–from design to food to program for the sports engineering conference and exhibition. It aimed to enhance the event’s live, stage presence to deliver a memorable and meaningful experience to attendees. Our event production team handled the creative and technical execution of the event (including video, audio, lighting, and more).

ExpoTale provided the picture perfect backdrop for global football fans ahead of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. The installation of colorful and vibrant looking flags of the qualified nations of the World Cup added to the charm and atmosphere of Katara’s Cultural Village, one of the most sought-after places in Qatar, during the mega event.

World Association for Sport Management Conference (4th edition from 5 to 8 March, 2023)
ExpoTale’s management team oversaw the implementation and building of the exhibition display during the World Association for Sport Management Conference 2023. The exquisite custom exhibition was successful in helping different participants worldwide, interested in the legacy of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, build brand awareness and network with local stakeholders.
World Cup Fan Zone at Qetaifan Island North 2022
Expotale was one of the most prominent event management teams in providing distinguished accommodation for football fans during the 2022 World Cup. Nearly 200 luxuriously designed and equipped cabinas were set up on Qetaifan Island to enhance the magical experience of attending the World Cup. Arrangement of cabins was monitored on the site, in addition to connecting them with ground extensions, in addition to providing the site with all basic services, including electricity, water in addition to external seating as well.
